To be successful as a Delivery Change Manager, you should have:
Excellent understanding of delivering Transformation Projects/Programmes in IT and/or Business Change Functions, managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies (Prince 2 or Project Management Practitioner)
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation functions and being able to translate this into achievable plans, but also drive the project to deliver real outcomes and benefits for the business
Excellent relationship management - building and maintaining trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Commercial environments in Finance, Risk or Treasury
Projects that have delivered Analytics/Insights, Business Reporting, Data Warehousing, Data Sourcing, Process Change and Simplification all desirable
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Northampton.
