As a Barclays Payroll Change Process and Testing Analyst, you will be accountable for change and transformation support to the UK and Channel Islands payroll delivery teams. The priority change activity will be aligned to our Global HR Transformation Programme, PIVOT, which sees the move of new Core HR and UK Payroll systems from SAP to Workday and Knowledge and Case Management from Salesforce to Service Now. Barclays is one of the world's largest and most respected financial institutions, established in 1690, with a legacy of success, quality, and innovation. We offer careers that provide endless opportunity – helping millions of individuals and businesses thrive and creating financial and digital solutions that the world now takes for granted.

At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

• Providing support and guidance for the Payroll Service delivery, legislative procedures and Controls
• Driving the implementation of payroll change both for the UK Mainland and Channel Islands /Expat populations
• Testing related to Payroll, specifically for PIVOT and other change programmes
• Identifying and driving improvement to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of the customer
• Ensuring that learning is embedded following implementation of change or the raising of risks events
• Working in partnership with HR Colleagues at all levels - engaging stakeholders and representing HR Operations in new initiatives

What we’re looking for:
• Experience of UK payroll administration and support
• Decision making that takes accountability of policy, legislation, operational performance and the wider team deliverables
• Transformation /change experience within an HR Operations environment
• Experience of building and undertaking payroll system testing

Skills that will help you in the role:
• Payroll Legislation and HR policy knowledge
• Analytical thinking
• SAP Payroll and Workday experience
