Explore locationAs a Workforce Management Data & Headcount Analyst you will have the breadth to influence a huge part of the bank with the opportunity to support headcount and recruitment planning for 18,000 people. Within this role you will be taking HR data, cleansing this data and feeding it out to the Journey Planners. You will work in conjunction with Recruitment Managers, and you will have Governance responsibilities.

To optimise staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling and workforce allocation through data analysis to enhance the customer experience within the bank's operations.
