Explore locationJoin us as an Equity Derivatives Quant. In this role, you’ll provide quantitative and analytical expertise to support equity products, trading strategies, and risk management. Working at the intersection of quantitative modelling and software development, you’ll develop Python and C++ libraries, build applications, and apply advanced mathematical techniques to optimise trading and investment opportunities. This is a highly dynamic role with significant learning opportunities as you deepen your understanding of financial markets and cutting-edge technologies while collaborating closely with traders, developers, and other quants to deliver innovative solutions that drive performance.
To be successful as a Equity Derivatives Quant, you should have
Strong command of Python and a desire to deepen technical expertise
Solid foundations in mathematics and mathematical modelling
Readiness to rapidly learn new technologies and financial market modelling
Some other highly valued skills may include
Familiarity with C++
Knowledge of financial market pricing theory
Experience in collaborative software development (Git, testing, CI/CD, PR reviews)

This role is based in Prague.

To provide quantitative and analytical expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making within the investment banking domain, applying quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment opportunities.
