To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Unix and SQL
Practical experience working with aPaaS platforms and AWS Cloud
Hands-on knowledge of Monitoring & Observability tools (e.g., ITRS, AppDynamics, ELK)
Clear and effective communication skills
Proven production support experience with solid understanding of ITSM processes
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Exposure to the Payments domain
Basic working knowledge of Salesforce
Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts
