Essential Skills:
Strong experience of L2/L3 Application Support Experience is Must
Evidence of strong experience of IT software support
Experience in writing queries in SQL language (for running on Oracle, MS SQL)
Basic knowledge in Unix/Linux Shell scripting
Experience in monitoring tools (AppDynamics/ITRS/Grafana/Elastic)
Must be a team Player, confident and pro-active.
Ability to work at pace, under pressure while maintaining the quality.
Good understanding of business and operational processes, Capable of Problem / issue resolution, capable of thinking out of the box.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Evidence of strong experience working within an ITIL Environment
Experience in WEB technologies, Support for multi-tier applications, MVC architecture, Web Services
Large-scale blue-chip organisations such as Barclays or Broad knowledge of Barclays Group
Banking Domain Experience will be Preferred
Experience in Monitoring Tools like ITRS, AppDynamics
Should have the Flexibility to react effectively to changing priorities and willingness to step outside of role boundaries to achieve results.

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
