To be successful as a Test Automation Engineer , you should have experience with:
Delivering manual and automation testing solutions in a complex business area with emphasis on creation, maintenance, and execution of automated tests.
Strong knowledge in Java programming language for automation testing together with Selenium, BDD Cucumber, TestNG and SQL. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Experience in REST API automation with different framework creation
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Effective communication skills, ability to participate in culture of knowledge sharing within the team
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with UNIX.
Experience in Agile methodology with SDLC and STLC.
Experience with JIRA for Project and task tracking
Experience working in Corporate Banking or Regulatory Domains for testing projects.
Experience in Performance Testing with load testing tools such as LoadRunner.

The role is based out of Pune.
