To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Automation & Software Development (Python, PowerShell, APIs): Design and develop automation solutions, internal tools, self-service portals, and API-driven integrations that streamline onboarding, provisioning, compliance, reporting, and operational workflows across Microsoft 365, Zoom, Webex, ServiceNow, and related platforms.
Platform Integration & Enterprise Workflows: Build and maintain integrations between collaboration, monitoring, and IT service platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures to enable data synchronization and automated business processes.
DevOps, CI/CD & Source Control (Git, GitLab): Manage code repositories, release governance, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of automation and infrastructure solutions.
Infrastructure Automation & Configuration Management (IaC, Ansible, Chef): Implement infrastructure as code and configuration management practices to standardize deployments, reduce configuration drift, enforce technical standards, and support large-scale device and platform lifecycle management.
Cloud-Native Platforms & Linux Administration (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux): Deploy and support containerized applications and microservices on Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and operational efficiency.
Monitoring, Observability & Reliability Engineering (Splunk, Grafana): Build dashboards, monitor system health, analyze performance trends, and proactively identify issues to improve service reliability, capacity planning, and user experience.
Incident Response & Continuous Service Improvement: Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, identify recurring operational challenges, and implement engineering solutions that prevent future service disruptions.
Enterprise Collaboration Platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex): Administer and enhance enterprise collaboration technologies, including room systems, conferencing platforms, device management, monitoring, and lifecycle automation across a global environment.
Operational Excellence & Scalability: Apply automation, standardization, and engineering best practices to reduce manual effort, improve platform reliability, strengthen compliance, and support the growth of a large-scale collaboration services estate.
