To be successful as a “Backend Software Engineer ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Design and develop RESTful backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
Build and maintain microservices with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
Implement data persistence using JPA/Hibernate.
Collaborate with platform / infrastructure teams to deliver cloud‑ready services.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Solid understanding of backend API design and JPA.
Exposure to cloud platform / infra concepts.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
SQL writing and optimization.
Knowledge of AI / LLM / Generative AI.
Experience with Camunda (BPM / workflow orchestration).
This role will be based out of Pune.
