Key skills required for this role include:
Extensive experience in Requirements Analysis in an IB role.
Working knowledge of Asset Classes in an IB environment.
Create Project Plans, ensure adherence to Project timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (developers / BA / Devops/ scrum master) to monitor tasks and ensure that schedules are met.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (dev teams / business teams) to remove project bottlenecks.
Generate dashboards and weekly management reports regarding project updates.
Improve internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Good understanding of Functional Requirements Documentation.
Desired skills may include:
Knowledge of Workflows / dataflows in settlements & accounting functions.
Experience in managing work schedule for a small team.

This role is based in our Pune office.
