Embark on a transformative journey as Change Delivery Manager – Vice President, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our Corporate Data Services function. Your role is to act as a bastion for the department on the delivery of a new operating model for the Change Delivery in our Transaction Cycle, embedding and supporting the delivery of a new way of working and culture into the organisation, to increase a more effective and productive approach to the management of Change, and being the supporting interface for Change Management and where required, participation in and secretariat services for key Governance meetings to ensure meetings are effective and resulting action closure is effectively coordinated. Additionally, your role requires effective stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making to support business strategy and risk management.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager – Vice President, you should have experience with:
- Technology Transformation – including experience of end-to-end delivery and integration of technology solutions at a global scale, helping business areas to achieve their strategic objectives by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with risk and control frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management – with experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, particularly within Control Functions and across Technology.
- Written and Verbal Communication – with the ability to explain complex concepts to various levels of the organisation, including technical and non-technical audiences, senior management, project teams, and external partners.
- Change Management – including requirements gathering, business readiness, management of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, etc.
- Process Management – experience in conducting ‘as is’ process reviews and undertaking process reengineering to simplify and improve processes.
- Vendor Management – including managing and partnering with third party technology vendors
- Relevant experience at a Global financial organization.
- Strong track record in Governance and Compliance .

Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
- Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
- Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
- Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
- Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
- Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
