To be successful as a “ CISO Secure Build Lead ", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Graduate is needed with Engineering experience/exposure on one or more security or related fields.
Must have experience in Secure Build documents, interacting with Product owners (which are cross function) on SBD queries, overseeing compliance stats in SCD dashboard, Assist Product owner/SME in SBD/SCD writing, contributing to transformation/ad-hoc projects within team.
Knowledge of industry best practices/benchmarks e.g. CIS, NIST.
Ability to apply technical knowledge and work collaboratively with Technology SMEs and stakeholders to support Cyber compliance and risk management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, analysing and reviewing security issues identified.
Understanding of Risk management processes (e.g. analysis, identification, assessing and mitigating risk).
Ability to think at ‘big picture’ and able to translate this into practical security implementation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Opportunity to build a well‑rounded security profile spanning technical understanding, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong development of security judgement and decision‑making skills.
Move from project‑based security work to influencing security outcomes at scale, with broad exposure across technologies, products, and stakeholders.
This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions. In order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and support the mitigation of security risk.
