To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Experience as a developer, business analyst, middle office analyst or trading support analyst
A good team player and excellent communication skills – verbal & written and a strong advocate of the control environment
Business analysis or application development experience supporting financial applications
Data analysis working with big datasets using Microsoft Office Excel/SQL/Scripting languages
University degree, with high mathematical and computing content e.g. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics
Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for risk analytics platforms and reporting solutions
Act as the bridge between business users, data teams, model developers(Quants), and IT Delivery teams
Lead UAT (user acceptance testing), validate business rules, reconcile outputs, and ensure solutions meet business expectations
User SQL, Excel, Python, and other analytical tools (e.g.,Tableau) to analyze data and support decision-making
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Participate in Agile or scrum meetings, manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies and change requests
Identify automation opportunities, improve reporting efficiency, leverage AI, and analytics to enhance credit risk decision-making
Agile delivery experience (JIRA, Confluence, user stories) would be an added advantage.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Pune office.
