Lead the engagement and delivery function for Barclays’ enterprise data products owned by Group Control CDAO. Ensure that the overarching roadmap for all data products is defined, agreed, and delivered successfully, across all business units and functions globally. Drive the successful delivery and adoption of data products, to deliver value and business outcomes on time and aligned to agreed priorities. Act as senior point of escalation for issues related to data product delivery and engage with senior stakeholders and committees to ensure expectations are met and critical issues are escalated and resolved appropriately. Drive stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and execution excellence across multiple domains, enabling the Bank to realise value from its data product strategy.
