To be successful as a Delivery Lead you should have experience with:
Taking responsibility for overall leadership and delivery of projects within Complaints requiring significant effort in business and technology processes and systems.
Control delivery of strategic priorities and roadmap and Build alignment to the agreed strategy, standard and framework
Implement a high standard Program Management and Change Management framework (governance tools, planning, RAID, measurement, continuous improvement etc.)
Define and implement process improvements to maximize adoption
Plan and deliver projects / programs as per timeframe and requirements and Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Metrics governance (definition, measurement and quality control)
Intermediate level of hands-on experience on Angular, JS, API and database with strong Analytical skills and great attention to detail
