You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as:

• Experience with Salesforce in a development and configuration , LWC development experience is must..

• Extensive development experience using Visual Force, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.(must)

• Experienced in building integrations with Salesforce and APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API (must)

• Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce (must)

• Should have a good understanding of how to design and build Omni Scripts

Some other highly valued skills includes:

• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with other components (often using middleware tools).

• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

• Build and lead Development and Delivery Leadership and Solution Owner assets (e.g. offerings, standard methodologies, white papers, learning curricula, etc.

• Strong background in development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.

This role is based in Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
