To be successful as a “Engineering Lead ”, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Understanding and experience of CHEF (DevOps tool). Unix admin. (intermediate) . Stakeholder management. Incident/change management (service management). Application support (troubleshooting and debugging). Certificate Management (SSL cert. renewal / CSR generation and it's import). Understanding of Vulnerability Management (Fundamental knowledge). Patching of Legacy System (Servers and associated components). OpenShift knowledge is a plus but not must. Good knowledge of Payment merchants and hands on experience of Acquiring Journey. Ability to manage large transformation projects for Run the Bank (RTB) which bring in optimal and efficient operation. Well versed with accountability of managing and delivering Application Management services for Risk Applications, ensuring quality and timeliness of SLAs. Excellent communication and customer service delivery mindset is must. Detail oriented with ability to manage and organize multi-tasking.
Must Have - Leadership skills :
Communicating goals and deadlines to team members. Planning workloads and delegating tasks. Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees. Assisting with hiring and training employees. Assisting with the daily operation of the organization. Providing teams with information about recent developments, program and policy changes of management.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
ITIL Certification Agile /Scrum knowledge Release management experience. RedHat certification
