As an Engineering Lead, you will lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
To be a successful Engineering Lead, you should have experience with:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Hands-on experience in software engineering, with experience in a technical leadership role.
Mobile Expertise: Experience with React Native, native iOS (Swift/Objective-C), and Android (Java/Kotlin).
Web Expertise: Proficiency in React.js or similar frameworks (Angular, Vue.js).
Technical Stack: Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage delivery, and foster collaboration.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Strong Problem-solving skill and stake holder management.

This role is based in Pune.
