Explore locationAs an Enterprise Solution Architect – CRM, Servicing & Onboarding at Barclays, you’ll take the lead in designing and governing end-to-end technology solutions that underpin critical Corporate customer journeys. You will spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You’ll work across complex ecosystems, balancing innovation with practicality, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Barclays’ strategic architecture.
To be successful as an Enterprise Solution Architect – CRM, Servicing & Onboarding, you should have experience with:
Excellent experience of delivering complex end-to-end solution designs as a Solution Architect.
A specialist understanding of architectural principles, best practices, and modern design methods.
Previous ability to simplify complex challenges, delivering clear and effective solution designs.
Visualizing future of the product and creating roadmaps for functional and technical enhancements.
Past hands-on experience on Private and public cloud, Various Integration patterns and protocols is Must
Reviewing solutions provided by Solution Architect / Engineering team and providing approvals
Following Governance and Risk process is critical as part of this role.
EA will ensure strategy and roadmap align to meet UKC business outcomes (and consolidation with BSP orgs) in addition to adoption of group platform capabilities where relevant
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience designing solutions for mobile and internet-facing customer servicing platforms, ideally within Financial Services or Banking.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and guide strategic thinking through technology innovation.
Expertise in complex systems integration, with sound knowledge of implementation and integration challenges and their architectural implications.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools in the market is an additional advantage
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Pune.

To develop, and evolve the banks technology architecture through relevant solutions, strategies and execution plans aligned to and prioritized by business and technology objectives, including the development, evolution and adoption of foundational platforms and products.
