Explore locationJoin us as a Financial Crime Agile Testing Specialist at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our financial crime assurance and testing landscape, driving innovation, control effectiveness, and excellence. You'll harness data-led insights, agile delivery practices, and strong stakeholder engagement to strengthen Barclays' financial crime controls, support robust oversight, and help protect our customers, colleagues, assets, shareholders, and reputation.

To be successful as a Financial Crime Agile Testing Specialist, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Experience in Financial Crime Assurance or Control Testing within a 2nd line function, with an understanding of investigative processes, control testing, and hypothesis testing.
* Strong knowledge of compliance risk management, financial crime controls, and the ability to identify, assess, investigate, and challenge risk events or control weaknesses.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear testing outputs, senior-level materials, and communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
* Advisory or consulting experience, including the ability to create memos, pitch ideas, and support the insights, observations or outcomes.
* Project management and stakeholder management experience, including supporting day-to-day delivery, influencing stakeholders, and challenging constructively across the organisation.
* Familiarity with case management systems (such as Salesforce), workflows, data handling, agile ways of working, or digital tools that support testing and oversight activities.
This role will be based out of Pune, India.
Purpose of the role
To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
