To be successful as a Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:
Core Java & Microservices Engineering: Expert in Java 11+, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful services, and contract‑first APIs; solid grasp of collections, concurrency, memory management, resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries), and secure coding. Architect and build modular services that plug into Liquidity platforms and vendor stacks (e.g., iGTB/LMS) following our microservices conventions.
DevOps / DevSecOps with our Standard Toolchain: Hands‑on with GitLab pipelines, artifact versioning, automated tests (unit/integration/NFT hooks), dependency & container scanning, and zero‑downtime deployments to our target runtimes (incl. on‑prem and container platforms).
Messaging, Data & Performance at Scale: Experience with Kafka/MQ patterns, idempotency, back‑pressure, and event‑driven designs; strong SQL/NoSQL fundamentals and query tuning for liquidity calculations/feeds.
Desirable Skills:
Performance profiling and capacity planning for high‑volume treasury/transaction workloads.
AI/ML‑aware Engineering: Practical exposure to ML‑assisted code quality (e.g., test generation, static analysis) and analytics hooks that downstream data/ML teams can use for anomaly detection (liquidity spikes, failed sweeps, fee outliers).
Scaled Agile Delivery (Team‑of‑Teams) Operates effectively in pods/ARTs: slices features, writes testable stories, manages dependencies, and represents engineering in PI/iteration ceremonies for Liquidity streams.
