To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Good knowledge of VMWare Cloud Foundation
Support day-to-day operations of VMware infrastructure including ESXi hosts and vCenter environments.
Support patching, upgrades, and firmware activities across the virtualization estate
Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of incidents related to virtualization and underlying infrastructure.
Awareness of monitoring tools such as vRealize Operations or similar platforms.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Exposure to NSX and HCX.
Awareness of vRealize Automation / Orchestration tool.
Basic understanding of CI/CD practices

This role is based in Pune office.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
