The role requires you to deliver against complex requirements by using the best tool or framework for the solution considering functional, security, maintenance, performance and testability factors. You will play a vital role in the development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions.
To be successful as a Lead AEM Developer you should have experience with:
Significant experience in developing solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM / CQ5). Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using AEM architecture.
Designing and developing components of websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Strong experience with middleware & micro service development.
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution.
Play key role in promoting solution adoption by interacting with various stakeholders within and across teams.
Strong Experience with use of modern code management and CI/CD tools.
Leads code reviews and actively participates in providing feedback on others’ designs/code.
Working to the Agile methodology using JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
Adopts Secure-SDLC mentality, building in secure coding practices.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch.
Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect training and certification.
Exposure to API design strategies both for internal and external customer usage.
Work with Digital Channels to advise on our continually evolving digital strategy.

This role is based out of Pune.
