Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
Ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.

Facilitate decision-making workshops and drive consensus on complex topics.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery progress and risks effectively.
Embed risk, compliance, and control requirements into delivery by design.
Support audit readiness through clear documentation and traceability.
Ensure solutions align to regulatory and governance standards
Lead and mentor Business Analysts across programs.
Establish analysis standards, best practices, and quality controls.
Influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
