To be successful as a  Liquidity SME  , you should have experience with:

  • Has ability to investigate, analyse, visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts and make disciplined decisions based on available information.

  • Is able to identify and explores opportunities for service and business improvement.

  • Is aware of and understands agile methodology and how to apply the agile mindset to all aspects of their work.

  • Has ability to identify and pinpoint business opportunities to allow organisations to perform more effectively.

  • Exposure to toolsets across Requirements documentation, Configuration Management and Quality assurance.

  • Liquidity and Cash Management /  Payments experience. Good understanding of Customer Journeys in the Liquidity Management

  • Worked in Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile(Jira, Rally etc.) and Confluence.

  • Ability to understand the requirements and communicate /disseminate the same effectively to multiple stakeholders.

  • Previous experience on projects having Liquidity Management implementations.

  • Knowledge of Notional Pooling, Cash Concentration/Sweeps, Intercompany Loans and FX transactions.

  • Exposure to ISO20022.

  • Experience in large scale product implementation including integration various upstream and downstream applications in Bank’s estate using various communication protocols.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Exposure to Product Owner roles and responsibilities.

  • Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis.

  • Strong domain background in Liquidity and Cash Management .

The role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. 

Accountabilities

  • Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
  • Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure.
  • Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
  • Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
