To be successful as a Pega Developer, you should have experience with:
Strong hands-on experience in Pega Platform application development including case management, integrations, UI, and decisioning.
Experience in designing scalable workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems such as REST/SOAP services, databases, and third-party platforms.
Good understanding of Pega best practices including guardrails, performance tuning, reusable component design, and production support activities.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery environments.
Experience in troubleshooting production issues, analyzing logs, handling deployments, and supporting enterprise applications in high-availability environments.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Exposure to domains like credit card disputes, fraud operations, customer service, or financial services workflows would be an added advantage.
