To be successful as ProdOps Administrator you should have experience with:
- Experience required in Exchange On premise & (Exchange Online), M365 Services and Citrix
- Working knowledge on Exchange or O365, Azure AD, Intune, MS Skype or Teams, Citrix / VDI will be an added advantage.
- Email Gateway including Proof point, McAfee Email Gateway & Trust wave Secure Email Gateway (formerly Mail Marshal).
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory, including Group Policy.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPNs, and firewalls.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks.
- Experience with MFA, SSO, and identity management solutions.
- Very good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems integration in enterprise environment
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience in providing end user & system support.
- Experience working into 24/7 Operations support on Above technologies.

Purpose of the role
To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities
- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
