As a Product Manager you will collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
To be a successful Product Manager, you should have experience with:
Defining the vision and roadmap for your product based on business needs and market trends, preferably having expertise and experience in Network Portfolio Development. Understanding the market outlook, industry trends, and what “Best-in-class” looks like for your product scope.
Significant expertise in product strategy and architecture with a focus on developing a product framework for network services. Influencing engineers and product team members, being accountable for product delivery outcomes.
Applying commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing strategy, and understanding financial implications. Maintaining strong technical stakeholder relationships, both at a senior leadership and individual contributor engineering level.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Having good understanding of Infrastructure Fundamentals with Agile and DevOps practises.

This role is based in Pune.
