To be successful as a Quality Assurance Engineer you should have experience with:
Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing techniques.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, PlayWrite, Cypress, SeeTest,).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Should have Agile/Scrum awareness.

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
