Why the Developer Graduate Programme?
As a Developer, you’ll be the brains behind the design, installation, testing and maintenance of existing and new systems. This is more than playing around with code; you will be playing a critical role in finding innovative solutions to complex problems, for our clients and customers daily.

Who we are looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must be able to code in at least one language and ideally have a STEM degree, but it isn't essential. You must also have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026 and a minimum GPA of 3.2 or above.
Ideally, you would also have a strong interest in technology with the drive to solve financial challenges with innovative solutions, and an ambition to design and deliver the next technological breakthrough.
