To be successful as a Salesforce Business Analyst you should have experience with:
Well acquainted with the Salesforce Platform.
Exposure to Banking & Finance domain.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Analyse & Design the data model, user interface, business logic and security for custom applications.
Sales/Service/ Financial Cloud – hands on experience of building with Salesforce’s core Cloud offerings (custom objects, Lightning, Case Management, Knowledge).
Salesforce Administrator Certified ++
Technology Change Management – familiarity and experience of working in Agile/Waterfall projects.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Sales Consultant/Service Consultant/Advanced Admin certification.
Previous Salesforce project delivery and consultation.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud offering.
