Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Degree/Masters in a technical, science, engineering, or mathematical discipline (preferred but not essential)
Proven experience in the build out of custom-built data integration solutions using Python, JSoN, Java or any other programming language.
Participate in code reviews, ensure code quality, and identify areas for improvement to implement practical solutions.
Debugging codes when required and troubleshooting any Python-related queries.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Python development.
Excellent understanding on integration to and from Oracle EPM systems (including Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, PCMCS and EPCM)
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Additional knowledge of.
EPM Applications with particular emphasis on Oracle Hyperion
Scheduling tools e.g. Tivoli, Autosys and Abinitio Control Centre
Big Data storage technologies, Cloudera and Spark
Cloud based environments and integration between on-premise and cloud-based solutions
Other programming experience such as Java, Javascript and Powershell used in a business context would be useful
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience gained in financial services is preferred but not essential.
This is based out of Pune.
