As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.
To be successful as a Senior Spark Data Engineer you should have experience with:
Designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems using Apache Spark and related big data technologies.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Develop and maintain data processing frameworks and reusable components.
Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines and processes.
Support the migration of legacy data processing systems to modern big data platforms.
Spark, Hive, Solace, Kafka.
Java/Scala, Spring, Springboot.
SQL, REST APIs.
Strong understanding of the Hadoop Ecosystem.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of Delta Lake, Databricks, or similar modern data lake technologies.
AWS, Glue, EMR, S3.
Familiarity with containerization technologies docker, kubernetes.

This role is based in Pune.
