To be successful as a Software Engineer Permissions, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Full stack development with web and mobile front-end technologies e.g React, Java, APIs & microservices.
Experience in PostgreSQL, data structures, workflow.
Site Reliability Engineering (automation, observability, incident management, resilience, disaster recovery, high availability, documentation).
Policy Management (XACML, Open Policy Agent, OPA Gateways, OPA debugging and testing, Rego policy language, Styra DAS).
Implementation of role-based access control and policy-based access control (Attribute Based Access Control) systems in mandatory access and discretionary access based scenarios.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Expertise in coding.
This role will be based out of our Pune office.

To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
