Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as Statistical Reporting Production at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting regulatory reporting obligations across the Corporate & Payments COO function. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in SQL, and an understanding of payment flows and associated data. The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Technology, and Risk & Control teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory submissions.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need some previous experience in:
Advanced SQL skills, with proven experience querying and analysing complex datasets.
Strong understanding of payments
Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, including issue management, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into data and system specifications.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Knowledge of metadata, lineage, or governance tools.
Experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., PRA, FCA, PSD2, liquidity/operational reporting, payment transparency).

This role is based out of Pune location.
