To be successful as a Technical Business Analyst you should have experience with:

  • Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or any other Agile framework. Contribute strongly to all agile ceremonies (planning / stand-ups / retro etc.)
  • Working experience on any Banking domain
  • Working closely with Product Owner.  Analyze the requirement, communicate and validate features for new functionality/existing systems. Serves as the SME for functional domain knowledge, Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Understanding of Software applications, System Architecture, Data Mapping and Databases
  • Mapping the existing source data elements to the new proposed target solution. Understanding in JSON, XML formats.
  • Conducting data analysis, identifying/documenting gaps in terms of data quality. knowledge in MS SQL for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Worked on Realtime and UI specific Requirement.

Optional:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Visualization tools like SQL/Tableau/Power BI, etc.
  • Experience on any of the programming languages like Python, UNIX Scripting, Java/JavaScript.
  • Ability to design and implement Data Modelling
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

This role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. 

Accountabilities

  • Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
  • Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure.
  • Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
  • Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
