You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.
To be successful as aTechnical Analyst , you should have experience with:
Resilient Interface & Integration Design, Ability to design interfaces that remain correct and predictable under failure conditions—covering data consistency, graceful degradation, and rapid recovery. This includes: Understanding redundancy mechanisms, multi‑region / multi‑AZ failover, RTO/RPO‑driven recovery targets. Designing flows that survive network failures, node outages, and transient backend errors without data corruption.
High‑Availability Architecture & Fault‑Tolerance Patterns: Stateless service design, horizontal scaling, autoscaling triggers and bottleneck identification. Load balancing, throttling, circuit breakers, retries, fallback strategies, and transaction replay capabilities. Identifying single points of failure, defining mitigation and resilience strategies.
Observability & Operational Reliability Engineering: Technical Analysts in Liquidity must ensure interfaces are “operationally transparent” at scale: Designing for alerting, logging, monitoring, tracing request flows end‑to‑end. Creating operational runbooks, dashboards and failure‑mode visibility for support teams.
Desirable Skills:
Engineering for Scalability & Performance: Capacity‑planning mindset, understanding of throughput bottlenecks, synchronous vs asynchronous flows, and load patterns. Ability to propose horizontal scale strategies and component‑level tuning options.
Release Discipline & DevOps‑Aligned Resiliency Practices: Awareness of zero‑downtime deployment principles, dependency versioning, and safe rollout mechanisms. Incorporating resiliency testing into pipelines (e.g., FIS‑based chaos testing).
Clear Architecture Documentation & Decision‑Trail Maintenance: Ability to maintain logical views, data flows, component summaries, topology diagrams, and record design decisions.
Ensuring documentation supports onboarding, troubleshooting, and compliance.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The role is based out of Pune.
