To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
Proven expertise in managing software development lifecycle using Scrum/Kanban
Strong background in Java/related technologies with proven deliveries involving multiple teams driving efficiency and quality – with exposure in Payments domain
Identify and drive improvement opportunities using metrics and driving continuous improvements
Desired Skills:
Experience in Payment domain preferably working in complex e2e systems involving order management or payment pre-processing layers
Hands on implementation management/production deployment experience 3. with standard toolsets
Prior experience in working closely with live/support teams for managing issue resolutions

The role is based out of Pune.

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
