To be successful as a Technical Lead you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Design and implement robust conversational chatbot products using AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Connect & Comprehend.
Lead projects to build Chatbot applications, utilizing cloud services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and UX designers, to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into products.
Create HLD/LLD/Architecture diagrams following the latest trends to build future proof designs
Participate in the review forums of the architecture and update the architecture where necessary
Connect with Dev Leads/team members for review & with PO for understanding of the requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices; apply this knowledge to drive continuous innovation within our product suite.
Provide estimates & impact assessments for small / medium complexity engineering work.
Maintain system designs, ensuring quality and integrity throughout the various phases of the software development lifecycle.
Review test strategies to guarantee the quality of the delivered system, assist in the diagnosis of system problems encountered during testing.
Assist in the resolution of live incidents and system problems as and when required

The role will support use cases across the business areas and will be responsible for managing and building out key Analytics products for MI, taking accountability for existing products as well as designing and implementing both the tactical and longer-term strategic end to end (E2E) product lifecycle roadmaps.
You will also act as an interface between business and technology by understanding business requirements, converting it into functional/technology specs.
The individual would need to gain a good understanding of all the source systems to support any downstream Use-Case/Analysis&Design/Reporting requirements.

This role is based out of Pune.
