To be successful as a Technology Risk and Controls Lead (TCL) , you should have experience with:
Risk & Control Framework Expertise : Deep hands-on experience defining, operating, and monitoring risk & control frameworks (RCSA, issues, controls, attestations) to ensure regulatory and audit compliance across delivery and BAU.
Governance & Assurance Leadership :Strong capability to run governance forums, manage audits, regulatory responses, and senior stakeholder assurance reporting with clear evidence and traceability.
Issue, RAIDs & Control Remediation Management : Proven track record of identifying control gaps, driving remediation plans, tracking RAIDs, and ensuring timely closure with accountable owners.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Delivery & Change Management Exposure : Experience working closely with technology and change teams to embed controls into delivery lifecycles (SDLC, Agile, KTLO).
Regulatory & Banking Domain Knowledge : Understanding of Corporate / Transaction Banking environments and how risk & controls apply across products, operations, and technology.
Executive level Reporting & Communication :Ability to translate complex risk positions into concise executive dashboards and narratives for senior management and forums.

The role is based out of Pune.
