Your key responsibilities include identifying and driving the opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies through automation of controls and simplification of controls procresses . Your role will also have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders within the CCO (Chief Controls Office), Technology, Chief Security Office, Internal Audit, External Audit, Compliance and Regulatory Relations.
To be successful in this role, you should have,
Extensive work experience in relevant industry with strong background in risk management, technology and information security.
Experience in managing Technology Risk and Controls, leveraging IT risk frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), COBIT5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology), COSO, NIST and strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Good awareness of key security knowledge domains and how control requirements are baked in during solution design phase of Agile development process.
Good understanding of emerging technologies includingCloud ,AI and relevant risk and controls.
Some of Highly Valued Skills may include,
Experience in Control automation, Tech assurance, audit or Cyber risk and control function/role.
Advising IT on pragmatic approaches to meet regulatory mandated technology controls and deliver risk reduction and operational improvement projects.
Managing diverse staff and stakeholders.
Relevant professional certification such as ITIL, CISA, CISM, PMP, CRISC or equivalent.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in our Pune office.
Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
