Explore locationJoin us as a Vulnerability Remediation – Automation Test Lead at Barclays in the Payments area, you will play a pivotal role in supporting End-to-End (E2E) Test Programs and driving excellence within the Testing Community of Practice under the Engineering Automation Program (EAP). You will lead automation initiatives, ensure robust testing strategies, and enable seamless delivery of high-quality digital payment solutions.
To be successful as a Vulnerability Remediation – Automation Test Lead , you should have experience with:
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Hands-on experience in API testing and automation (REST/SOAP using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, or similar for automation scripting).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Gitlab, Maven, Docker).
Knowledge of Payments domain (such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, real-time payments).
Ability to Leverage AI for Test Optimization, Data Analysis, etc.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Strong with Functional and E2E Test understanding.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with performance testing tools (such as JMeter, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to test management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence).

The role is based out of Pune.

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
