Explore locationJoin us as Workforce Forecasting, where you'll provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in building holistic workforce plans incorporating key HR and Finance dimensions of workforce size, cost, shape, locations and skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills, working across a mix of HR, Finance and business teams, to support the development and proactive monitoring of accurate workforce forecasts.
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Finance/Accounting/Business Management.
Candidate should have expertise in Advanced Excel. Analysing and interpreting data to create meaningful dashboards for Business stakeholders.
Presentation skills - PowerPoint.
Knowledge on workday will be an added advantage.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Experience with using either or both Oracle EPM and Workday Adaptive planning modules.
Experience working within Financial Services, Workforce Management and Stakeholder Management.

This role will be based out of Pune office.
