Explore locationThe Relationship Director will deliver exceptional sales and business performance whilst maintaining sound risk management, and building and maintaining highly proactive, long-term, internal and external business relationships. They will grow and develop a relationship with local and multi-national Fiduciary clients, typically generating sustained revenue by becoming a “trusted advisor”. Working with colleagues worldwide, the Relationship Director will deliver banking, investment and other services thus ensuring a holistic service for their clients. They will use relevant experience to acquire, develop and service client relationships according to their investment and core banking needs, managing their client group within their risk profile and appropriate regulatory framework. The Relationship Director will work toward achievement of revenue / asset growth for the business in line with individual targets and partner with technical experts and product specialists as needed

To be successful as a Relationship Director you should have experience with:
Building and maintaining relationships
Risk Management: Manage operational, reputational and credit risk for the portfolio and adhere to risk service standards. The role will involve monitoring and ensuring adherence to risk service standards on legislation relating to Know Your Customer, Money Laundering and other compliance responsibilities / issues
Sales and Financial Management: Responsible for delivering stretched sales performance (which will produce an agreed income growth per annum), conducting regular reviews with the Fiduciaries to maximise full business potential
