Explore locationStep into the role of Executive Assistant – Analyst at Barclays Private Bank Wealth Management COO team in Singapore where you will manage the senior leaders’ schedule, handling correspondence, supporting the preparation of meeting materials, presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed. This role is pivotal in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating domestic and international travels, arranging high-level meetings, and handling expense reporting. You should be highly organized, discreet, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a prior experience in a similar role from a highly matrixed origination.
To be successful in the role , you should have the following:
Essential skills :
Minimum 3 years of EA experience, ideally in financial services or investment banking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability and flexibility to adjust your work schedule when required to different time zones as per senior leaders agenda and business travel
