As a Technology Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping drive forward change and innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll work with business areas to understand their needs and convey them to the technology team. Together, you’ll create technology solutions for the business that will increase performance. What we are looking for:
To be considered for this program, you must be an undergraduate or masters student with an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 - March 2026 and a minimum GPA of 3.2.

Ideally, you would also have:  
An interest in working in technology, the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technology teams, and a passion to deliver the next technological breakthrough.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
