In this role, you’ll support the firm’s regulatory reporting and control processes, helping to ensure compliance with key U.S. financial regulations. You’ll work with teams across the organization, gain exposure to a wide range of products and operations, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how we oversee risk and reporting. To be successful as an Americas Regulatory Operations Analyst, you should have experience with:
U.S. regulatory rules and reporting processes (SEC, FINRA, FRB)
Preparing and validating regulatory submissions (e.g., 15c3-3, Short Interest, TIC reports)
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Financial services operations or reporting functions
Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Compliance, Legal, or Finance
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Methodical mindset with attention to detail
Understanding of the trade lifecycle and financial products
Familiarity with technology solutions for reporting or controls
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
