Explore locationStep into your role as AVP Procurement Operations, where you will provide and manage efficient buying processes for Barclays colleagues and their respective functions. This role is to champion and drive Procure to Pay (P2P) compliance and best practices across the Bank, to act as an SME on P2P processes and systems and proactively identify and resolve areas of weakness within US and Canada market and is an amazing opportunity for you to highlight your detailed knowledge of purchase order, invoice, payment and supplier onboarding and maintenance skills.
To be successful as an AVP Procurement Operations, you should have experience with:
• End to end Vendor/Supplier onboarding & database management
• Managing requisition and purchase order processes
• End to end Procure to Pay Knowledge - Hands on experience in SAP & Coupa applications
• Managing invoice exceptions and payment processing
• Stakeholder management
Additional highly valued skills include:
• Experience delivering Procurement process & system training to users.
• Experience approving check and wire payments in SAP.

Purpose of the role
To monitor quality standards and policies and support the implementation of these across all operational processes. To collaborate with control owners to execution Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) that measure the effectiveness of controls.
