To be successful as a M365 Power Platform / Azure Developer, you should:
Demonstrate strong hands‑on experience with Power Platform including Power Automate flows, custom connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, production‑ready solutions
Be comfortable designing and implementing Copilot / conversational agent solutions, including topics, triggers, integrations, and secure data access
Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals, including APIs, Azure Functions, authentication (Entra ID), and integrating Azure services with Power Platform
Apply low‑code development best practices, including solution design, environment management, and governance considerations in enterprise environments
Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Microsoft Graph using connectors or custom APIs
Familiarity with Copilot Studio advanced patterns, such as generative AI orchestration, multi‑topic routing, and AI‑assisted experiences
Understanding of ALM and DevOps concepts for Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments
Exposure to security, compliance, and data protection considerations within large, regulated organizations.
Ample in problem‑solving mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly as Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities evolve
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in the Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
