In this role you will work with the syndicate trading desk, investment bankers, other infrastructure areas and external stakeholders to make new securities eligible to trade in the market and perform the various tasks associated with the syndicate deal closing process. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment and possess excellent communication skills.
To be successful as a Syndicates Analyst - Middle Office - BA4, you should have experience with:
Working in a financial services firm
Syndicates New Issue
Fixed income and Equity securities
The life cycle of a trade including trade capture, matching and settlement
Excel and the ability to learn new applications
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Diligent and ability to excel in a high pressured, deadline-oriented environment
Solid oral and written communication skills
Ample analytical skills; problem solver; detail oriented
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
